Great support acts announced for this show in The Popguns (how apt for this trip down memory lane!) and Protobaby... http://www.popguns.net/http://protobaby.bandcamp.com/

Does anyone know stage times for this one yet ??

Think it's an early start as the venue turns into a club night after the bands have been on. I think the Franks have to finish by about half ten so I guess they will be on about nine, I'm sure Ash will confirm nearer the time. See you there!

Nice one Robbie, Yep see you there .
Does the garage definately turn into a club as that would certainly solve any aftershow plans !??

Have checked The Garage website again and I'm not sure there is a club night on after all? Adverts say doors open at half six which seems early even though there are two support bands.

WOW! That was right up there with the best ever Franks gigs! Amazing to hear Trainspotters, Daisy Chain and Time (amongst others) again after all these years!
Great crowd in at the Garage - there were some Frankettes down the front and there was even some crowd surfing!! Was chatting to Jim Bob from Carter who was there and there were plenty of other familiar faces too (Steve - who had flown down from Edinburgh!, Henry, Dave/Wendy etc)
The new TB&P t-shirts and also the remastered CD were on sale at ther merch stand.
Set-list was TB&P (not in album order) then some extra tunes, my memory is a bit hazy this morning but they included The Parson, Each Tree, How can I exist, (think I've missed one or two, Colours?) then encore was Michael and Funky.
Cant make Bristol tonight but we'll do it all again in Birmingham and Manchester next weekend!

It may sound like hyperbole but that was one of the best gigs that I have ever seen. There was something very special in the air Friday night. The band were on top form and so were the audience. Dare I say it was also the perfect venue. Just the right size to fill out but loosely enough that everybody had room to dance themselves stupid. Fabulous.

Tonight was great but I confess its been a while since I saw them live. 2007 in fact, but this was up there with my other fave gig at the borderline way back. Small venue, large turn out, band on top form, old favourites, classic new tunes. Thank You Franks
